Комнаты все обеспечены с кондиционероми. Вся мебель в доме турецкой дорогой фирмы "Dogtash" модель 2017 года, детская мебель от фирмы "Cilek" привезенной из Турции. В доме есть все условия для зимнего проживания, есть комби, 3 телевизора, холодельник, wifi и телефон, аксесуары ванной комнаты от фирмы "E.C.A." а унитазы фирмы "Creavit".Во дворе беседка размером 17×7 м. стены которой обклеины наскальными камнями, со всеми условиями для отдыха, горячая и холодная вода, фильтр "Zepter" мангал на постройку которого было использовано 1.200 кирпичей, печка для приготовления еды на дровах, газовая плита, шкафы построенные из камня с пластиковами дверями, бильярдный и теннисный столы, плетенные диваны с креслами, большой деревянный стол с плетенными стульями, гамак.
